The Service Department’s advisor was courteous and my vehicle was ready in the stated time frame. Not a very good first visit to this dealerships service center. Said oil change and other service was under warranty but the ended up charging me for the oil change and wanted to charge an extra $700 for center. Also, wanted to charge $199 for a diagnostic but that was eventually taken off the bill. Thing is, issue still not resolved after them having my vehicle for over 2 days. More
waited over 3 hours for oil change and brake check with an appointment. Told the service person last time I was there they serviced the fuel injection system and left a plastic part in the engine bay, sai an appointment. I was there for Trio Service (Oil change, Tyre rotation and ......). Retail cost $ 115.00 The person did not have even basic knowledge. I was under the impression that I am getting synthetic oil but got regular 5W20. The fluid levels (Brake, Steering, etc) were low and they did not top it. VERY Disapointed for the money that you charge for the services. Sould be ashamed for such stingy behavior and poor service. Can I bring back my vehicle to top up all the fluid levels ? More
I’ve never had great service here and I was hoping with the change to “Castle” the new ownership would be better but seems to be the same people providing the same bad service. Pulled in and despite many people just standing around no one helped me. Finally someone walked up to me and said go check with the lady who does the rapid oil change desk. I explained I was there for an appointment and had issues more than an oil change. She grudgingly said she would help me. When I said the car was pulling to the left she immediately said I need an alignment. Maybe I did but she didn’t know my name, anything about my car, if I had one before. She jumped straight to trying to upsell me. Very frustrating. She had me sign something which I didn’t as it said $402. No explanation of why it would be $402. I requested she go back and break it down for me and she made me feel like I was burdening her to do so. I left the car there I was supposed to wait for it but i decided to run an errand. I asked for it to be ready asap but no later than 3pm as I had to drive back to the city. No updates during the day. I texted multiple times no response. I called 3 times each time the operator transferred me to someone’s voicemail that was not my advisor. I finally got a call at 1:30 saying the car was finally going up on the rack for review. What’s the point of a 10am appointment if it goes up at 1:30? They promised it would be done by 3pm but no update at 3:10pm. I come to get it - standing there waiting for the advisor who isn’t there. Two other people ask why I’m there like I’m annoying them - but no one wants to help me. Advisor finally shows up - no inspection details. Just a bill. Didn’t bother to explain what they found or what they did. I’m just a credit card to them - pay your bill and buzz off. They don’t care if I am happy with the service they just want to sell me on service and not bother them. Terrible. At other dealers they send me videos of the walk around and go into detail about what they find and why I need to pay for a fix. Here nothing. Have no desire to come back again. I bought my car here so I did, but now I’ll find another Jeep dealer closer to me to see if they will service me. More
