I ordered a part the beginning of November and now it’s the second week of December and haven’t received a call, email, or status update about my order. This is not the first time I’ve came here and wasn’t greeted. This is the first Dodge dealership I’ve ever been to that has an unfriendly environment and has bad communication with their customer services. More

Afterwards, he come back to tell me the job was complete , but also explained there might be some smoke burning off the engine due to the spill. I paid for the service and drove off a few blocks down the road. Stopped & looked under my car . Oil still dripping so went back to dealership . Tony apologizes for the inconvenience & lets his manger know what’s happen. They hoisted my car up & do a through cleaning . I get my car back & all is Awesome ; Tony went above & beyond to resolve the problem . He apologized profusely & told me if I have any other concerns, don’t hesitate to call him. I just want to say my experience with Nick A. in the service department was below my expectations. Every time I called I got his voicemail or a message was taken but no returned calls. I then proceed to ask for the manager but he never returned my call either. After 2 1/2 weeks of trying to find out if my parts arrived, I took it into my own hands and contacted the parts department for more information. Come to find out Nick never ordered my part. I want to give a huge shoutout to Ray in parts who ordered my part and was then delivered the following day. He is the one that shall receive my gratitude for my experience this time around. Thank you Ray for making this all happen and going above and beyond your duties on becoming my advisor/parts expert! I must say being in this industry myself I expected way more, communication is critical in this industry and Nick didn’t follow through. More
