Starting diagnostics is 200 dollars. No matter what is wrong, it costs you 200 dollars. In my case, I needed a single spark on cylinder one (easy access). The problem is that the car is still under warranty, but not for things like this. So, because the car is still under warranty, I wanted to go to the dealer because they would cover it, But in many cases, it's not covered, but I still have to pay the 200 dollars, even if the local mechanic would charge half of this price. That I can see, the dealer is charging about double what my local mechanic would charge. We had to wait 10 DAYS to get the car in to be seen at this dealer. Remember this if you buy a car from them. STAY AWAY ! Brought my car in for a simple oil change, ended up leaving with having to pay $260 for problems with alignment, steering wheel connection. Brought my car in at 9am on a Saturday, firstly I booked a loaner car online on their app, when I got there I was informed loaner car not available, oil change would just take 1-2 hours only. Went back home, they kept the car till 4 pm without any notification and no call back or text, when u call the service center NO ONE picks up and keeps going to voicemail. Finally got the car, as soon as I drove off the lot I noticed my car drifting crazily to the left, went back to them they said we rotated the tires that’s what might have caused it, got the rotation undone, that still didn’t fix the problem, told me to just drive back home and come back Monday. Came back on Monday dropped my car at 7am this time again no loaner available, had to Uber to work… again nooooo feedback called me at 6pm now to pick up the car, the person who was suppose to be helping me had apparently left at 4pm…got there only to be told I have to pay $260 dollars for alignment and problems with steering wheel connectivity and whatever other bull$hit they made up. Keep away from this place, came here for a simple oil change only to be ripped off, should have just gone to Jiffy lube instead Lesson learned !!! More

The people working there did great as a team, and they were organized. Even though I was early for my appointment, they were able to fit me in.
