I discovered on the Jeep forums that the blower motors have had a long history of failing and that there was an abundance of evidence that in many cases the instructions accompanying the replacement blower resistor have been in error, resulting in the blower being wired backwards. This causes the blower motor to run in reverse. Service Advisor Roland Burke patiently listened to my spiel with an open mind and put his technician to work. This tack solved my blower problem. I am a very happy camper. More

WORST PRODUCT, DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT AVOID!! Absolutely the worst service department and vehicle you could ever buy. We purchased a RAM Promaster one year ago and over the year it has spent 71 d Absolutely the worst service department and vehicle you could ever buy. We purchased a RAM Promaster one year ago and over the year it has spent 71 days in the service department for the same issues. We opened a claim with Chrysler Corp. and the spokesperson Cynthia as well as Tim in the service department don't think that 71 days of a vehicle in service is an issue. I told them this was unacceptable and they didn't seem to think so. All they say is bring it in and we can look at it. You can only spend so much time without a work van. AVOID this dealer ship and PROMASTER VANS at all costs. We lost power to brakes several times, lost power to vehicle several times, headlights go out, wipers stop working at random times, etc. All attempts to resolve our issue with what we felt is a lemon went unresolved with the dealership and as well as Chrysler Corp. They don't stand behind their product!! More
Best Sales and Service! I purchased my Nitro from this dealership over a year ago and continue to come here for service to this day, even though I live over 20 miles away. C I purchased my Nitro from this dealership over a year ago and continue to come here for service to this day, even though I live over 20 miles away. Chris Olson was absolutely wonderful to deal with during the purchase, and went above and beyond on the date of purchase! Also, Keith Larkin has ALWAYS taken THE BEST care of me! Greatly appreciated to the whole Naperville CDJR team! More
Paid $1800 for nothing - car still has the same problem I paid $1800 for work that did not solve the problem. I took my Dodge Grand Caravan to the service department for smoking and overheating. They worked I paid $1800 for work that did not solve the problem. I took my Dodge Grand Caravan to the service department for smoking and overheating. They worked on the car for about a day. During the day, I received a call about the diagnosis and the cost of $1800 to repair the van. I authorized the repair. Then I received a call explaining that 6 more hours of labor was need to diagnosis the problem and that would cost and additional $700. I authorized the work. Then I was told that the additional labor was not needed and the car was ready. The service rep assured me that car was riding fine. I paid $1800, picked up the car and drove home. About a week later the car began smoking and overheating again. So, I took it back. After about 5 hours of work, they had not identified the problem and I was told that they could keep working, but I could be billed and additional $2000 for the diagnosis. Rather than leave car, I took it home. Mind you, that their initial work is covered by a 12,000 mile warranty. However, they want to continue to bill me to resolve, what the $1800 paid for.. Other than paying for a battery, I don't see what I received for my $1800. Absolutely nothing. My car has the same problem it had before I paid $1800. More

I arrived at 4:21 and pulled into the '"quick oil change line". After waiting 1 hr and 10 mins i walked back to service and the truck was still on the rack. I had to ask the service advisor when it would be done. It was another 15 mins before the truck was done. When the truck was finished, there were oilily hand prints on the grill and door. The truck was not vacuumed or washed as promised. I will NOT be using this dealer EVER AGAIN.Very very disappointed! More

Issue: Need to replace one bad ignition 'fob' for a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Although my service adviser Dominick handled my situation professionally, I have to rate this dealership extremely poor d a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Although my service adviser Dominick handled my situation professionally, I have to rate this dealership extremely poor due to their lack of preparedness to resolve my problem. In the end I spent $682.00 to replace 'one' ignition fob. A practical person might believe there is a way to determine if a wireless control module is bad or not. This dealership has neither a way nor the parts required to do so. The only option I was given where I would end up with two ignition keys versus the one good one I came in with, was to order a new wireless control module and keys, pay for them in advance, and take complete responsibility if the new parts didn't resolve my issue; 'no returns or refunds'. What is still baffling is the dealerships lack of ownership to come up with a practical solution. I had a working key which must mean the existing wireless control module is working. WHY REPLACE IT? A replacement ignition key shouldn't be that difficult to solve. My simple advice to anyone who has less than three ignition fobs is to get at least one more. Otherwise you'll be at the mercy of a dealership. Always having at least two working fobs means you'll have the ability to program more on you own and not have to rely on the dealership. My best advice is to stay away from all Dodge products. UPDATE 07/02/2013: Tim McKay (Service Manager) called and long story short - feels that since their policy on prepaying for parts and not offering any returns was explained to me up front, he does not feel my concerns are justified. My problem he can't seem to understand is having to even consider the unbelievably poor option they gave me. So here is the bottom line from the dealership - if you have the same problem of needing a spare ingnition fob: be prepared to replace everthing up to a current cost between $850.00 $950.00; but you may get lucky and have to spend ONLY $200.00 IF the first key you order, pay for in advance, wait for it to be delivered, go back to the dealership so they can try and program it, WORKS. If it doesn't then your out that key, have to order another key, and repeat the rest. If all keys fail, then you order the WIN module, pay for it in advance, wait for it to be delivered, go back to the dealership so they can install it, try the old keys and the new keys, pray at least two work and if not, repeat the whole process again. Or, as I suggested earlier, you could just always have three keys so you'll know for certain if none of them work, the WIN needs replacing or if only two of them work, you can always program another without having to More
