On previous trips to the Naperville location, the attention to detail from service changed our perception about your dealership, to a positive one. I used the online scheduler for my oil change appointment. I arrived at 8am as scheduled and it took 2+ hours for the oil change. I was then told oil changes are not scheduled by appointment. I took my Jeep Wrangler in for its scheduled maintenance and was pleasantly surprised by the way that Roland interacted with me. He explained what was going to happen but also took a consultative approach b and was pleasantly surprised by the way that Roland interacted with me. His guidance helped me avoid duplicate efforts that would have resulted in me paying twice. More

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Keep in mind these 3 things before reading: 1) Terrible Customer Service 2) Service Advisor Not Knowledgeable About Warranty Information 3) Pricing and Service Was Misleading W reading: 1) Terrible Customer Service 2) Service Advisor Not Knowledgeable About Warranty Information 3) Pricing and Service Was Misleading Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a car dealership. From the lack of a friendly greeting when I entered the Service Department to leaving the dealership, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by bringing my vehicle there. I recently brought in my Jeep after thinking I had a transmission or electrical issue. When I dropped off my car, the dealership conveniently didn’t have any loaner cars – understandable due to how busy they were. To supplement that, I was given no direction on which rental companies the dealership worked with or where the nearest one was. I was informed that I could pay out of pocket with a rental company, but that I would not be reimbursed until the work was completed on my vehicle. Long story short, the Service Advisor calls me to inform me that a myriad of problems existed that I was obviously unaware of and…you guessed it…none of it was covered under the Mopar Maximum Care Unlimited Warranty. I was told by the Service Advisor that I needed to replace the spark plugs & boots, receive fuel injection service (unnecessary), and desperately needed PCM / TCM updates (covered by the warranty). I was looking at close to $1,000 before taxes and any other additional fees they could tack on. I ended up declining the work and taking my Jeep to a different dealership that understands how the warranty works and wasn’t trying to empty my pocket during a pandemic that has already significantly affected people financially. The icing on the cake was when I inquired about any pending recalls and was told that they didn’t “think” any active recalls existed. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to Naperville Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram. I ended up paying $240 for a 5-day rental and another $150 for diagnostics to tell me how much work wasn’t covered under the warranty. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention that I never received a follow-up customer service call for being a “valued customer” and a “10”. The Customer Relations Manager never called me and I left the experience having nothing positive to say. I’ll always stay in the Jeep Family, but I’ll never come back to this dealership. More
