Blown away! Had a serious issue with my Ram truck. I called the dealer where I bought the truck and was advised to park the truck but they could not get me in for weeks! In comes Naperville Ram. I called them explained the problem and they said"sir bring it right dow"! I have never bought anything here yet they got me right in diagnosed the problem and repaired it all in a day! This is the model of how service should work! My next truck will be bought from here!!! Service was fine. I arrived early and they got me right in. However, they said it would be 1&1/2 hours and it took almost 3 hours. I brought in my jeep to the Naperville service dept. Paul Ruilova was beyond disrespectful. He miscommunicated with me and my husband, and then after the manager already handled the problem, he took it upon Ruilova was beyond disrespectful. Do not recommend. They gave me a rental car that had a cracked windshield. The crack was on the driver side. 18 inches by 12 inches. A golf ball size hole. It was not safe to drive in our opinion.
