My sales rep, Ryan Olsen was great. He was kind and professional. I had some after market additions made to my vehicle and he communicated well, took great care of my truck, and ensured that I was ple professional. Great customer service over the phone and in the showroom. Our price that we wanted to spend was met and then extra warranties were explained and our options were given to us. We never felt pressured to buy. Financing dept. was quick and to the point. We are still waiting to hear back about some paint chip issues on the new car, but overall we are very satisfied with our service at this dealership. We have used other Dodge dealerships and none compare so far to this one!! Thanks for putting customers first in the crappy economy. More
