This is the worst dealership I've ever been too and I buy a new car about every two years. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership let alone a dodge, Jeep or Chrysler after this experien a new car about every two years. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership let alone a dodge, Jeep or Chrysler after this experience. This is very disappointing because I have a Dodge and Jeep right now. In August of 2010 I purchased a dodge grand caravan SXT for my wife and kids. The following day we had to bring it in because the brakes were vibrating. They tried charging us for new brake pads and rotors and after some arguing on the sales floor they changed their story, keep in mind this is the day after we bought the car. One week later we dropped the car off to have a DVD player installed, evidently they send it off site. It took 3 days which seemd rediculous but I wanted it done right. As they were driving the car back to the dealership it was rear ended. The damage was minimal but this was a new car and now there woud be an accident report on it. They said that they couldn't repair the bumper until the insurance company told them what they would get. At this point the car is three weeks old, getting more frustrated. I was told three times that they were ready to repair and three times I had to go back and pick the car up with no repairs being done. I had to deal with the insurance company from the person who hit my car, that I wasn't in. I finally got them to pay, then the dealership complained that the check wouldn't cover the repairs. I was given a rental car in the interim, a dodge charger, wouldn't recommend this car to anyone had to exchange this car because it had issues on the highway. Ended up having the rental for about a week, for a repair that should have taken 1 day according to the body guy at the dealership. Two weeks later a notice a debit in my checking account for over $300 to Enterprise. So I called and asked what it was for, they said my rental from Naperville Jeep and Dodge. Called the dealership said I would be reimbursed after 1 month nothing, 2 months nothing, started calling everyone at this point. Finally went in and had a confrontation with Ray Rossi and had a check in my hand 2 hours later. Evidently all Enterprise needed was a piece of paper from corporate authorizing the length of the rental which they had just not dropped off at Enterprise. How much worse can the service get, well a couple of days ago we dropped the van off at the dealership because it was making a sound. At this point we've put less than 4,000 miles on the car. My wife gets a call the next day from Keith Larkin service manager saying we need new rotors and brake pads on the rear tires, 4000 miles!! I called up and asked for an explanation and he said it is what it is, just pay the $485 its not that much. At this point I called corporate to complain about dealership, they took my complaint and said I would need to speak with the district manager. I asked for the number and was told only the dealership has that info. So I called the dealership they said they didn't have the number, which I know was a lie, because they call the district manager when they have an issue. Called back corporate they put me in touch with a different dealership, who wouldn't give me the number but offered to repair my car free of charge. Not what I wanted. Called corporate a third time, now my issue has been escalated and someone on the corporate side will handle. While all this is going on my wife gets a call from the dealership, Keith, stating that everything is good to go and that the car is fine. Nothing was replaced, why the sudden change, they just wanted us out of there. I don't want my wife and kids driving in an unsafe vehicle obviously, makes me very nervous. I can't believe a dealership can stay in business doing businss this way. Definately stay away you won't be happy. If you value customer service you will be miserable. I've had good experiences with Dupage Chrysler Jepp in wheaton on Roosevelt rd, definately will go the extra distance from now on. Frustrating though because I bought the car from Naperville Jeep Dodge. Worst dealership ever!!! Management team there could care less and its apparent in the way they treat customers. More
I purchased a brand new 2011 Overland two days ago and, exactly 48hrs later, I am taking it into service. There is a leak and I already had to fill the steering wheel fluid reservoir. Called the dealership exactly 48hrs later, I am taking it into service. There is a leak and I already had to fill the steering wheel fluid reservoir. Called the dealership and spoke with the manager, Sam. His response was pretty much, 'tough luck, cause he didn't break it!'. Without going deeper with my negative rave, I urger anyone considering a purchase at this dealership to BE VERY CAREFUL AND THINK TWICE. Prior to driving off the lot or signing any papers, check out the vehicle in great detail. This dealership is lacking in integrity, customer service and they don't seem to care much about the Jeep brand. Be very, very careful! More
This is the first dealership I went to that just let me browse the cars without anyone following me around. I could not believe it! There were people available, don't get me wrong; my wife and I were jus browse the cars without anyone following me around. I could not believe it! There were people available, don't get me wrong; my wife and I were just able to shop and think about what we saw. My salesman was Matt who was the straight-up honest and pleasant to work with. I hope to buy my next Jeep from him as well. And Keith Larkin wins my vote for best service manager anywhere. BJ in finance is also a great guy. Thank you all! More
Purchased what was supposed to be a Certified Used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sales process was okay, got a decent deal. This wasn't the problem. The problem came down to the vehicle NOT matching their "certifie Grand Cherokee. Sales process was okay, got a decent deal. This wasn't the problem. The problem came down to the vehicle NOT matching their "certified" standards! The tires looked like they should have been replaced, but there was no documentation that they passed their 4/32" standard, figured they were just above, trusting (what I thought was) a reputable dealer. Got new tires put on, pre-inspection put the tires at 2/32" and 3/32", and two of the valve stems were broken (which got replaced under warranty). Got the run-around from sales and service, pointing fingers at each other about the tires. Was supposed to hear from GM, so far nothing. Really wish I would have purchased a vehicle some-where else. Reid was nice, even though he was "green" with car sales. Would rather not work with Mike, I didn't feel like I was/am treated with respect. Tony, wasn't the best to work with at first, but said he would talk to the GM to see what they could do. The GM, I believe his name is Sam, doesn't exist or in my opinion doesn't care about customers that purchase in his store. More
The first time I spoke with Mike was over the phone. I told him what we were looking for and what we could afford. He got back to me within an hour and had multiple options availible for us. The price was told him what we were looking for and what we could afford. He got back to me within an hour and had multiple options availible for us. The price was just right (although it took me a while to believe him!) I was working with 3 other car dealerships over the phone/internet and they all gave me headaches. Mike was the only salesman that did not try to haggle with me or hide any extra costs. We went to see Mike later that night and left with our new car! I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new car. Thanks Mike! More

Ryan was great - In addition to a test drive, he was very informative about the jeep, promoted current incentives and answered all of my questions. He introduced me to Keith Larkin in the service department informative about the jeep, promoted current incentives and answered all of my questions. He introduced me to Keith Larkin in the service department who also was very nice and congratulated me on my purchase. Ryan and his supervisor Tony negotiated fairly with us and gave us the deal we wanted and we are extremely happy with our purchase! The entire buying process was only about 2 hours! More

Mike was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and got right to the point as I did not want to waste his or my time. I received the value on my trade-in that I wanted and also got the price I wanted on m right to the point as I did not want to waste his or my time. I received the value on my trade-in that I wanted and also got the price I wanted on my new Liberty. Only problem was one I noticed once I brought the vehicle home...there was no full size spare tire as per the sales contract. However, I contacted Mike and he is getting me the tier in a day or two. I have purchased my last 5 vehicles from Naperville Jeep and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Jeep. More
My sales rep, Ryan Olsen was great. He was kind and professional. I had some after market additions made to my vehicle and he communicated well, took great care of my truck, and ensured that I was ple professional. Compared to other dealerships that I had visited this one made the sales process the least painful. More
