When my trunk lid stopped opening I called the dealership and spoke with the manager Sam since it happened so quickly after purchase. He turned me to Keith who had my car up and fixed within a day, the dealership even had Enterprise drop a car off for me before I arrived because they knew they were going to keep the car, unlike other dealerships I've dealt with who make you wait for 3 hours while "trying" to fix your car and then finally calling you a rental. These guys seemed to car about my satisfaction and I will absolutely be going back. More

Had a terrible experience with this dealership. Get ready for the same old high pressure, pass you from one sales person to the next approach. Much more importantly, after a deal was struck and the terms agreed upon, the "finance manager" advised me during the final paperwork stage that he could not place the loan at the terms on which we agreed unless I purchased a $699.99 GAP insurance policy. After many questions, I reluctantly took him at his word and made the purchase. After the bank documents arrived shortly thereafter, I called to confirm that GAP insurance was required. Of course, it was not and the bank said they hear of this scam all the time. I canceled the policy and received a refund, but the utter lack of integrity at this dealership should keep you away. More
