My husband & I were looking for a Mid-Sized SUV that I could handle that is not too big, but would be large enough for myself & my hubby, our soon to be born twin boys and their car seats, double stroll I could handle that is not too big, but would be large enough for myself & my hubby, our soon to be born twin boys and their car seats, double stroller, accessories, etc. plus my chocolate lab and his kennel. We already own a very large SUV and a Van, so we were looking for something in the middle. It had to be big enough and comfortable enough for my 6'3 husband and myself (I am only 5'0!). We've always admired the Jeep brand and had several friends and family members who owned them (we just never purchased one ourselves). We walked into Naperville Jeep on Thursday, December 15, 2011 around 8:00p.m., and were greeted by Tom McDonald, who showed us a Jeep Compass and a Jeep Liberty. Tom answered all of our questions and even took us for a lengthy test drive in a Jeep Liberty in the dark and while it was raining! An excellent test to see how I can handle it! Needless to say we fell in love with the Jeep Liberty! It handled very well and we loved all of the features! We decided to come back the next day on Friday, December 16th, 2011 when it was light out so we could check it out further and so we could bring our baby car seats, double stroller, and dog kennel. Tom was off on Friday, so he introduced us to Mark Edelmann and said that he would take care of us. Mark was wonderful with us- he spent several hours with us and answered all of our questions (and we had tons!) and he took us for another lengthy test drive. Mark was very calm and easy going- no pressure at all and very patient. He also helped us load our car seats, double stroller, dog kennel, etc. into the Liberty. Everything fit with room to spare! The Jeep Liberty was perfect for us! It handled well, it was very comfortable for both my husband & I, it had great safety features, it was big & roomy for all of our things (but not overly huge), and it had all the bells & whistles that we love! We even got it for a great price! Next we met with Dave Pickell who answered all of our financial questions about leasing VS owning, payments, insurance, etc. He was very patient with us and had a great sense of humor which we really appreciated after a long day! All in all, I give Naperville Jeep a 5+ star Rating! It was one of the best experiences at a car dealer ever! Everyone we dealt with was wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to family & friends, and I would definitely go back there when we need another vehicle! More

Resurched online looking for a Ram 1500, saw a nice red one and decided to make the 20 mile drive to see it. When I got there at 11 am I found out it was sold already, so I test drove a black one, but I la one and decided to make the 20 mile drive to see it. No pressure from Dave to buy, and he suggested maybe a Jeep Liberty. Test drove an Arctic Edition Liberty and it was great. Decided to wait to see if this other dealership closer to my home would deal on a 1500 but to no avail, just too much $. I understand that a Ram 1500 Big horn is a little over my price range now. Went back later close to closing at Naperville jeep and got a TREMENDOUS deal on the Liberty Arctic and am VERY VERY happy with the outcome. I bought it and Recommended them to a co-worker. More

This was the first non-Ford vehicle purchase we've made in the last 16 years. The purchase process was smooth and much quicker than usual which I was very happy about. Then we saw Dave to sign the papers and he didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't want. I appreciated this because I don't want the hard sell. I have, in fact, walked out of car dealerships in the past even when we were ready to sign the papers when the finance manager put the hard sell on us for stuff we didn't want. So our Naperville Dodge experience was a breath of fresh air. The day after the purchase we noticed a very small dent in the top of the tailgate. We called and were told to bring it in on Tues. My husband brought it in and it was fixed while he waited. We are highly satisfied by the whole transaction. This is the first Dodge vehicle I have ever owned including my parent's cars going back 50 years and I am very happy with it and with our experience at Naperville Dodge. I have wanted a Dodge Challenger for a few years now. I dediced to search online for my dream car before heading out to a dealership. We sent an email out expressing our interest in that particular Challenger only to find out it had just been transferred to another dealership. We never heard back from that person. We then decided to look at other dealerships a bit farther from our house. Not shortly after emailing about our interest in a Challenger, did we receive an email from Chris Olson, letting us know he would be happy to help us find what we were looking for. We received a couple more emails after that, as well as a phone call. The next day we called back and left a message for him. Shortly after, Dave Foland called us and we ended up scheduling an appointment for Monday to come in and check out a few Challengers they had. What I want to stress here is that they were the only salesmen from the 4 dealerships we contacted that went above and beyond to help us out. That is what made us drive 45 minutes from where we live to get our new car. We could have easily went 10 minutes away and purchased our car, but we didn't. We strongly believe in good customer service. If I am spending over $30,000 on a car, I want the best customer service around. That is exactly what I got and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. I have wanted a sports car since I was 18. Since having 3 kids that dream was put on hold for a while, but now I was able to get my sports car! The kids love the car and every time I open the garage door, I just smile. Sometimes I just open the door to look at the car. Dave and Chris were just awesome during the entire process. I spoke with Chris after my purchase regarding a few questions I had and he was so helpful. Chris made sure that I knew to call anytime I had a question about anything. I know that anytime I have a question I can give either of them a call and know I will still get that great customer service. When my husband is ready to get his new truck, we will be back!
