We have used Naperville Jeep Dodge for service issues on our Dodge Cirrus. Service always top-notch and dependable! We expressed interest in some 2012 Dodge/Chrysler products at the Chicago Car Show in February and were contacted on-line by Chris Olson and David Foland to test drive some new cars. Dealt with Dave Foland over the phone and he was very friendly, inviting us to stop in, so we set a date for a Friday evening. Unfortunately, Dave wasn't there, but Chris Olson was. Once we met Chris, we experienced great customer service and a willingness to talk to us about the cars in which we were interested. He is very knowledgeable! We checked out a number of vehicles with Chris O. and he was very thorough, willing to answer questions and work with us to determine the "best vehicle fit" for us. As it turned out, we test drove a 2011 Chrysler 200. This car had the features, comfort and performance we wanted, so during the process, Chris O. introduced us to the Finance Mgr, Dave Pickell. Even though it was late in the evening, we were able to address price negotiation, loan availability and got the deal worked out to our satisfaction. Drove our car home that evening! Deciding to purchase a new vehicle is a stressful experience. You wonder how the dealers staff will be, how much pressure they will put on you, all of the typical experiences that you are used to. I will simply state that the folks at Naperville Jeep break the mold. When I first stopped in to talk with them, I clearly stated that I would not be purchasing the car on that day. I did hear a "what would it take to put you in the car today" 1 time, but never again. They all accepted my decision to think about it, and no pressure at all. The first person I had contact with at Naperville Jeep was Chris Olson. Our contacts were all via e-mails. Chris was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I stopped by the dealer, I was helped by Tom and Dave. Friendly, nice, and pleasant would be the best way to describe them. I did make the decsion to purchase the car, and went back a couple days later. The car was ready, clean, and Chris made the purchase as smooth as possible. I believe that I was at the dealer for about 90 minutes, which in itself is amazing. Chris thoroughly explained the vehicle, seemingly knowing the car top to bottom. I completely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a smooth deal. I would have to say that this was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. More
