Chris Olson has provided an OUTSTANDING level of customer service. When I first met him, he seemed sincere and caring. However, I am always a bit leery of the "sales process". I have never owned a Jeep Wrangler and was unfamiliar with the removal of the hard tops..... he has helped me immensely. He has been EXTREMELY patient teaching me and he is truly interested in my knowing how to remove the panels and the top the proper way so that my family can completely enjoy the Jeep. Chris was great. He answered all of my questions even when I was trying to stump him. When it was time to talk numbers I didn't think I had time to purchase that day because I had to be to work in two ho when I was trying to stump him.
