We were met by Mike in the lot of the dealership. Told him what we were looking for, and he ran in to get the keys to the Journey (Crew) we had our eye on. While he did that, Norm came up to greet us and asked if we needed help. All we met were very friendly, and felt comfortable. After looking at the car, we went in and started to ask price. There was no pressure at all and when BJ came over to do the final offer, we were within one hundred dollars of our offer, we told Mike we would take it. All was great when Mike very patiently went over all the electronics of the vehicle. I have to say, The delivery of the vehicle was a bit disappointing. The inside of the car needed cleaning, the sides of the doors were scuffed, and I don't think the car was even washed. I did stop on the way home to wash it. I didn't have time to vacuum it . Other than that. It was all good. thanks for the gas! More
