From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt comfortable as Reid was there to greet me. After a few initial questions he started showing off the Dart. Overall the experience was great and I'd highly recommend them. The only reason why I gave a 4 for Quality of Work is because I feel like they could have done a little better job cleaning the inside of the car when I purchased it. There were some gobs of melted ice cream on the steering wheel and sticky stuff in the drink holders and other compartments. It was easy for me to clean, but would have been a nice touch when purchasing a car even if it was used. More
