I’ve never had great service here and I was hoping with the change to “Castle” the new ownership would be better but seems to be the same people providing the same bad service. I had an appointment for 10a the change to “Castle” the new ownership would be better but seems to be the same people providing the same bad service. I had an appointment for 10am. Pulled in and despite many people just standing around no one helped me. Finally someone walked up to me and said go check with the lady who does the rapid oil change desk. I explained I was there for an appointment and had issues more than an oil change. She grudgingly said she would help me. When I said the car was pulling to the left she immediately said I need an alignment. Maybe I did but she didn’t know my name, anything about my car, if I had one before. She jumped straight to trying to upsell me. Very frustrating. She had me sign something which I didn’t as it said $402. No explanation of why it would be $402. I requested she go back and break it down for me and she made me feel like I was burdening her to do so. I left the car there I was supposed to wait for it but i decided to run an errand. I asked for it to be ready asap but no later than 3pm as I had to drive back to the city. No updates during the day. I texted multiple times no response. I called 3 times each time the operator transferred me to someone’s voicemail that was not my advisor. I finally got a call at 1:30 saying the car was finally going up on the rack for review. What’s the point of a 10am appointment if it goes up at 1:30? They promised it would be done by 3pm but no update at 3:10pm. I come to get it - standing there waiting for the advisor who isn’t there. Two other people ask why I’m there like I’m annoying them - but no one wants to help me. Advisor finally shows up - no inspection details. Just a bill. Didn’t bother to explain what they found or what they did. I’m just a credit card to them - pay your bill and buzz off. They don’t care if I am happy with the service they just want to sell me on service and not bother them. Terrible. At other dealers they send me videos of the walk around and go into detail about what they find and why I need to pay for a fix. Here nothing. Have no desire to come back again. I bought my car here so I did, but now I’ll find another Jeep dealer closer to me to see if they will service me. More
I would recommend for service as my guy Mike was good. I was disappointed that I scheduled service time over a week in advance, brought my car in on Thursday morning around 9am and my car wasn't touched u I was disappointed that I scheduled service time over a week in advance, brought my car in on Thursday morning around 9am and my car wasn't touched until Friday. I had to rent a car and this delay made my Friday difficult. Mike did all he could to accommodate but not a great experience. My purchase experience a few years ago was terrible. But I'm guessing the sales manager from back then may be gone. More
Worst dealership, spent 7-8 hours there, my experience was horrible, sales rep and sales manager was very pushy at all trying to make the sale. The service at Jeep of Naperville is fantastic! The customer service I received here went above and beyond! Nick A. was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful with the whole process! Something that really stood out to me was that he explained every single part of the process. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, he explained what was going to be done to my car in a way that I could comprehend. He was super friendly and helpful. The service director Mario G. was also super helpful and assured me that the problem with my car would get resolved. The check engine light was on in my jeep and the problem was found and solved within 1 day. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my visit at Jeep of Naperville. I am not the type of person to complete reviews, but I believe that great customer service and kind people should get the recognition they deserve. I will be going back for my next oil change and all other service needed! More
Came in for a routine oil change. Very next day my calipers seize and transmission stops shifting correctly, resulting in additional $1,500 repairs.
