What a xxxxing xxxx Hole I made a service appointment for an oil change and an oil change only. The place was completely empty at 2pm on a Friday. I arrived at 1:45pm. There were no service advisors to h for an oil change and an oil change only. The place was completely empty at 2pm on a Friday. I arrived at 1:45pm. There were no service advisors to help for 5-10 mins. Then a woman came and took my keys and said she would try and find someone and for me to take a seat and wait. 15 mins later or so a gentlemen came to go over what was gonna be done to my vehicle and sign my estimate. The single oil change only took an ABSOLUTELY CRAZY 2 Hours. No one else was waiting. The place was a ghost town Are you xxxxing kidding me? If I were to use this dealerships “Quick Lane” Oil Change how long would it have been? 3 Hours? 4 Hours? Im amazed at the incompetent nature of this place. My car just hit 100,000 miles and I sure as xxxx will not be buying my next car from these mental midgets. Go anywhere else. Please god go anywhere else….. More
I had an excellent buying experience here. I can honestly say it was better and easier than any other vehicle purchase I’ve had in the past. Can it really be this easy?? I had an issue with my brand new truck the first week of ownership and Mario took phenomenal care of me and made sure everything was taken care of. I sincerely appreciate the great service. I recently took the truck in for a software update and had another issue I asked them to look at. Joe took charge of the situation and although neither of us could duplicate the issue while they had it at the dealership, he still went above and beyond to try to remedy it. i I literally couldn’t ask for more. I appreciate everything Joe did for me! I would strongly recommend Castle CDJR to anyone for sales and service. My expectations each time I’ve interacted with them have been far exceeded. That’s not something you can necessarily expect nowadays. Castle knocked it out of the park!! Where’s the sixth star option?! More

This is the most incompetent dealership I have ever encountered in my 30+ years of auto purchases, from sales to corporate! 6 months after my vehicle purchase and my truck still isn't registered! It's gotten so bad that I had to escalate my issue to the BBB and AG Consumer Affairs, and Castle is non-responsive with them as well. After seeing all these glowing reviews, I now feel that my issue is personal. Next stop, the courthouse! More
I bought my vehicle here last year. I wouldn't recommend buying any vehicle from this location. For one they were coaching our sales person how to lie and try to get us to pay more. I know this for a fact because when we went back to finalize things he told us our monthly payment and I asked about added fees he said let me ask and came back and all the sudden our monthly payment was lower. Then they lied about the vehicle being detailed before we took it home, the tire tread when we brought it up just showed us a paper that said it was all good, they also claimed they changed the oil recently and couldn't turn the light off due to it not being their brand of vehicle. We have had multiple issues with our vehicle since purchase and they claim they don't have a warranty even though it says it in the contract. More

AVOID if you can. .. These guys are absolute amateur's and huge time wasters. Connected with them via text/email to purchase a vehicle. They sent me a link to upload .. They sent me a link to upload my documents DL, Insurance, Loan docs etc. I had an approved loan from Chase that was specified for this particular dealer. I go there on a Wednesday mid day and I am the ONLY customer and the nightmare starts ... - we can't access our system, let's make a copy of your docs .. - our finance manager is busy with other stuff, please wait .. - I wait for 3 hours before the FM decides to bless me with his attention ... - FM asks me to fill out another credit app, even though I have an approved loan and papers for their dealership .. - Joseph Malley, the sales boy has absolutely no clue how the car I'm purchasing operates, he is clueless of how to activate the connected services etc - Suddenly, when I think I'm all done and I'm about to leave , they discover the car has a recall ( even though this car has been sitting on the lot for a while ) - I wait for another hour to get the recall done ... and again suddenly Joseph Malley delivers me a message that the car will not be ready today and I have to come back tomorrow .. - I refuse to leave without the car - A manager comes and asks how he can help .. - I demand to get my car and he comes back and says the car will be all done in 5 minutes - I purchase a brand new car for about $60k and they give it to me with dirty inside .. - Attempted for 5 hours while I was there to purchase all weather floor mats UNSUCCESFULLY Unless they give you a reaaaaaly good deal, AVOID them at all cost. They are a clueless bunch and/or a discriminative ignorant gang and hopefully Joe Castle reads this and makes a management change at this store. More
