I wish I had come a little bit more prepared on my end - the sale really comes from an office person, not the salesperson. They are masters of the technique - I was rushed and they knew it. I am not certain that I left with the best deal. What is important to me is my community and it was important to me to keep my dollars local. I did not have a relationship with the dealership, really. His courteous demeanor and concious attention to detail are a rare occurrence in an industry where sales volume typically dictates the customer engagement. Don has greeted me with professionalism and a friendly attitude each time I've visited, beginning with a simple key concern some months ago. When I returned with concerns of damage to the steering and drive functions of my Jeep Compass Latutude, he identified and addressed my issue promptly, placing me ahead of other business. While the news was better than I'd hoped for, he shared I'd have new problems on a near horizon and I elected to make a move into a replacement vehicle. Don pointed me in the capable hands of a young sales associate Dillon Gay. Dillon's assistance, aided by the Sales Manager, Mike allowed me to make a smooth and relatively easy transition into a like replacement Compass Latitude and I took it home that night. My wife and I experienced an unexpected disappointment that Sunday after church when we needed all wheel drive and found the vehicle I'd purchased wasnt equipped with it. We returned to the Dealership, addressed our concerns and they were able to undo the first deal and move us into a nice Jeep Patriot which we're very appy with. Terrible Service Department I have a 2018 Challenger that was in need of engine work. I called Castilone and described the problem, they assured me it was covered under warranty. After looking at it, they decided it wasn't under warranty and charged me $100. A lot of hassle could have been prevented if they had just told they wouldn't fix it over the phone.
