Outstanding and Individualized Service from Start to Finish My wife and I worked with Tyriq from the start until final purchase of our 2019 Subaru Ascent. Tyriq initially helped us test drive Ascents and VW Atl My wife and I worked with Tyriq from the start until final purchase of our 2019 Subaru Ascent. Tyriq initially helped us test drive Ascents and VW Atlas's to help determine which car we wanted. He also worked with us via phone call and email and answered all questions within one business day. He made the ordering process fast and easy for my wife and I. Tyriq did not pressure us at any point and made price negotiation straightforward and easy. He did not try to push extra packages, upgrades, paints, etc. Most important to us, by the time our Subaru was delivered, my wife and I had our first kiddo who was around 2 months old when we went to pick up our Ascent. Tyriq worked with me via phone the week leading up to send documents needed for picking up the car and to trade our Honda CRV in to help expedite the pick up day. On pick-up day, we made an appointment with Tyriq ahead of time and he was on time and ready. We were in and out in around 1.5 hours which was terrific given that we our newborn with us at the time. There was no "down time" or waiting time on pick-up day. He and the staff kept the process moving efficiently. Tyriq was professional, friendly, and I highly recommend him without any reservations!
