They are the best dealership I have ever purchased from. Every person I dealt with was more like a friend than a salesman. Thank you Casey VW for making a some times stressful situation a fun exciting purchased of a new vehicle.

I got ghosted after the sale. - samv

I got ghosted after the sale. I am still waiting for $550 worth of equipment that was promised weeks ago. It feels like once the papers were signed, the dealership lost all interest in fulfilling their end of the bargain. I hope management sees this and finally gets my parts ordered and installed.

Not sure I am on the correct website to write a review for First Team Subaru Norfolk, but here it goes. I purchased a 2026 Forester with my specifications on April 3, 2026 from salesman Keith Fulton. Since this vehicle was not in stock at the dealership, they found what I wanted from another location. Keith notified me that the vehicle would be ready on April 7. I went to Keith’s office to complete the sale which was seamless. I must mention that since the summer of 2019, I have purchased two new vehicles every year. For the last two purchases, Keith was my salesman. Even though he was not my salesman in the beginning, he always greeted me when I came into the dealership. Again on this purchase, Keith explained First Team Subaru Forever and took me to my new vehicle. I must say I truly appreciate Keith. He is very personable and easy to talk with. There is no pressure when making a deal. Keith also contacted me after my 2025 Crosstrek purchase in April of 2025 every few weeks to date to see how I personally was doing. I find this very refreshing to know I’m not just a number. Keith is like family, and I very much appreciate him. The TEAM at this dealership is outstanding. I hope to do future business with Keith. YOU’RE THE MAN KEITH!!!!!
