I have been loyal to this dealership/maintenance shop for years. And now that has stopped. The experienced customer service team is gone, so I was given a new girl to process my subaru when I dropped it off. years. And now that has stopped. Dropped it off on a Friday; three business days later I still did not even get a call with the diagnostic status... nothing. No communication. I called htis morning and was told she was on vacation and no one had been tracking my car. The assessments had not even been done and we are three business days in. I was told, as I am always told, that I would get a call before COB the day I dropped it off to let me know what issues were identified so I could make a decision on how to proceed. Complete silence for three days to find out the issues have not even been explored yet. Asked to speak to someone in charge and was told the manager is conveniently out of the office. So... folks... if you have all the time in the world to go without your car, are good with no communication and no manager to speak to.. this is your dealership. Found another mechanic to go to. I am starting to Connect the dots as to why the service reps who have been there for years are gone. More

Worst customer service ever. Can't get anyone to return my phone calls. Completed a buyout on my leased vehicle and still have not received registration and tags for car. It is advertising a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport V6 w/technology as new. The vehicle has 430 miles and 2 inspection receipts in the glove box (November 2020 & February 2021). In Virginia, State Inspections are every 12 months. Why would a vehicle have 2 inspections three months apart with only a one-mile difference? Form your own conclusion. I asked the young man assisting me about my concern. He smiled and insisted he knew nothing about it as he is from Kia and recently new to Volkswagen. He offered to inquire. Did he defer commonsense to a vehicle's make? Note; the 2020 model has been sold out nationwide since December 2020 yet they have one. Have a wonderful and safe Memorial Day. More
