Worst dealership experience I have had to date. Called a second time and was hung up on again, and have still not heard back after they’ve bounced my credit around to see if I qualify for anything. Even if they did come back and say I qualified they’re the absolute worst business I’ve ever experienced. No comparison. More

Horrible experience they sold us a truck, took my down payment, ran my credit like 9 times. Then calle and say they cant selle the truck I want because it has too many miles for the bank to finance 157.00 payment, ran my credit like 9 times. They said we can sell yell a different truck. xxxxxxxxx. Never buy a car from them. They dont deserve a 1. Not I have to drive 3hrs to get my money back. More

ALWAYS take the car for the 3rd party inspection first. I came out to look at a Ford Ranger 4x4. It looked good but was a Canadian car and had CLEARLY been painted over to cover body and frame rot. When I I came out to look at a Ford Ranger 4x4. It looked good but was a Canadian car and had CLEARLY been painted over to cover body and frame rot. When I asked to take it to my own mechanic for inspection- I was told they already do a 100 pt inspection and that the car has cleared it easily. They said if they showed me their inspection report (by the way, they said nothing showed up on it) would I consider just buying the car. This raised some serious red flags. When I insisted to take it to my mechanic, they said they had others right here on the row that would do it. I insisted so we took it to my mechanic in the neighborhood. Within 5 min, my mechanic told me that both front end ball joints were dangerously shot and that it would cost $1200 to repair. I certainly would hate to see what kind of 'inspection' they do for their vehicles......They will not be getting my business at ALL in the future. More

So I came here for a vw diesel but i had no idea my credit was so shot lol super embarrassing. but the team here was actually super cool. they didn't So I came here for a vw diesel but i had no idea my credit was so shot lol super embarrassing. but the team here was actually super cool. they didn't treat me any different and they actually worked with me. the finance manager Sammy took his time to go over the credit with me and explained what was really hurting my credit and what i had to do to improve it. i was shocked that he did this because it showed that they really cared. long story after spending about a hour with me i ended up not buying a car that day but left with a lot of information on how to rebuild my credit. well after talking to a bunch of family members i got some cash together and headed back to carz planet. the main reason why i went back was because of the class act of professionalism that the sammy and his whole team treated me with. obviouosly their main intention is to sell cars but they actually went out of their way to inform me on how to build my credit and the reason why i couldnt get my dream car. so i went back in to see them with a lot of cash down and sammy kept to his word and helped get me into a auto loan. i didn't get my dream car but at least i got a car and i can start building my credit. its been a working progress but at the end of the day all that matters is that im happy. i just really want to thank everyone for making this a reality for me. the whole process was painless and just made it fun and easy for me. it was a great experience. and i actually ended up with a really nice and even with my poor credit i got a super good interest rate which im very happy about. here is a pic of the vw beetle i wanted which is super nice but im still happy with my toyota camry i got. super happy customer here and ill make sure everyone in town knows to come to carz planet and see my guy sammy! thanks again!
