Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

First car I looked at and was ready to buy, got halfway thru paperwork, then they tell me it was sold online and no longer availible. Got another one an hour later for an addition $1000 with 20,000 miles thru paperwork, then they tell me it was sold online and no longer availible. Got another one an hour later for an addition $1000 with 20,000 miles more then 1st car. Was at car dealership for a total of 7 hrs. Seems no one knows what is going on with their inventory at any given moment. Employees don't seem to know their jobs well at all. 70 days and still no permanentt Tags or Registration. UNACCEPTABLE They NEVER NEVER EVER call you back. When I kept asking how much longer it was going to take, just kept getting same answer, " be done shortly, just a little while longer. WORST experience I've EVER HAD at any dealership, PERIOD. ONE HAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER ONE IS DOING. Stay far far away!!!!!! More

Rich Evans was my sales person. He was very professional my wife and I felt very comfortable the time we were there. He explained everything and took the time to show us different vehicles, until my wife f my wife and I felt very comfortable the time we were there.
