Set up appointment for 230 pm on Saturday feb20 2021 to test drive 2019 cadilliac ct 6. SALESMAN WAS BRADLY SHUKSTA. TOOK THE. CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE LIKED IT, BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR PRESSURE O test drive 2019 cadilliac ct 6. SALESMAN WAS BRADLY SHUKSTA. TOOK THE. CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE LIKED IT, BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR PRESSURE ON ONE OF THE TIRES. BRADLY SAID NO WORRIES WE TAKE CARE OF IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP. I CONTINUED WITH THE PROCESS AND HAD A TRADE IN. GOT THE PRICE VALUE FOR MY TRADE WAS DECENT, BUT THE PART I DIDNT LIKE WAS THE HIDDEN FEES ON THE CONTRACT DEALER HANDLING CHARGE 899.00 DOLLARS AND FEES 204.50 DONT KNOW WHAT THIS WAS FOR. I PROTESTED THAT THE FEES WERE TOO HIGH, SO ONE OF THE MANAGERS ADJUSTED THE TRADE IN PRICE TO MAKE UP FOR THE FEES. FUNNY THEY DONT DISCLOSE THESE FEES UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO CLOSE THE DEAL. OK SO I DECIDED TO GO HEAD WITH THE DEAL AFTER SOME REDUCTIONS IN THE FINAL PRICE. THE PROCESS WAS SLOW AND PAINFUL. I WAS NOT USING THEIR FINIANCING. I HAD TWO CHECKS AND AND HAD THE BALANCE PUT ON A CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULDNT TAKE A PERSONAL CHECK FOR ANTHING MORE THAN 3000 DOLLARS. SO IM THERE FOR SIX HOURS AND I GET THE PAPERWORK FOR THE CAR AND KEYS. I DROVE OFF WITH THE CAR. GOT TWO BLOCKS FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND NOTICED THE WARNING LIGHT IN THE CAR SHOING LOW TIREE PRESSURE. BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AND TOLD THEM IM NOT TAKING HOME, THEY HAD 6 HOURS TO FIX IT, THEY MANAGER SAID IT WAS A SENSOR AND JUST TAKE THE CAR AND BRING IT BACK ON MONDAY AND THEY WOULD FIX IT. I TOLD THEM NO DEAL. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY GAVE ME THE CHECKS BACK, BUT DID NOT CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO IT. CALLED MY BANK AND HAD TO CANCEL MY CDEDIT CARD FEARING THEY WOULD PUT MORE CHARGES ON IT. TALKED TO SOME MANAGER ,I THINK HIS NAME IS STEVE SMITH, DIDNT GET A GOOD ANSWER. NOW IVE LOST MONEY WWITH THE CREDIT CARD TRANACTION AND WASTED 6 HOURS OF MY TIME TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE SIMPLE. A CAR. I GOT EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. NEW PEOPLE JUST STARTING OUT. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE. WHAT KIND OF MANAGER WOULD TELL A CUSTOMER TO TAKE A CAR HOME THAT NEEDS REPAIR AND IS A SAFETY HAZARD. I LIVE IN EWING. NJ WHICH IS AN HOURS DRIVE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. THE MANAGER WANTED ME TO RISK MY LIFE DRIVING AN UN SAFE CAR , JUST SO HE CAN MAKE A SALE. THIS TYPE OF THINKS MAKES ME BELIEVE THE DEALERSHIP IS DISHONEST. THEY SHOULD NOT PUT CAR UP FOR SALE IF TBEY ARE DEFECTIVE. I KNOW ITS GOING TO BE BURDEN ON ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I WILL TRY THE NEWS MEDIA . MAYBE THEY WILL SHAME THEM TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. IF THAT DOES NOT WORK, I WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE COURT SYSTEM WHICH IS TIME CONSUMING AND COSTLY. THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE THEIR ,LICENSE TAKEN AWAY. AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL CARS BECAUSE THEY ARE DISHONEST. WORST EXPERIENCE INCOMPENT MANAGERS. . IM AM SHURE THE OWNER DOESNT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.
