My experience with CarVision and Kyle Parrott was extremely disappointing. I purchased an ID4 at full asking price, hoping for a smooth transaction and good customer service. However, Kyle was unwill extremely disappointing. I purchased an ID4 at full asking price, hoping for a smooth transaction and good customer service. However, Kyle was unwilling to negotiate even a minor $100 adjustment, despite my reasonable request.To make matters worse, the car had a faulty parking sensor, which the manager acknowledged in writing as an issue they would rectify. Now, CarVision is refusing to honor their commitment, leaving me stuck with a malfunctioning sensor that impacts the car's functionality and safety.Throughout the process, I felt rushed and pressured to complete the sale, with little regard for my concerns once the transaction was finalized. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with CarVision's customer service and integrity. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from them to be wary and thoroughly inspect both the vehicle and any promises made before committing to a purchase. More
