Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Mike was fantastic and chill. But the manager pushed the extended warranty way too hard and I felt like he was ambushing me and backing me into a corner. The sticker price of the But the manager pushed the extended warranty way too hard and I felt like he was ambushing me and backing me into a corner. The sticker price of the car was $14,000 and the extended warranty jumped the total up to $21,000. I said no to the warranty several times but the manager refused to let up for 15 mins until I threatened to walk out. He finally relented and took off the extended warranty leaving me with a total of $15,000 on account of the taxes and fees, which I was completely happy with. Overall, I am pleased with the deal I got and very pleased with Mike. He was the best salesman I ever worked with. But this dealership management needs to ease up the pressure on the extended warranty and learn to take no for an answer. Again, Mike was wonderful. More
