Very knowledgeable in how the process works and explained every option available correctly. We came in looking for a new car and traded in a car as well. To start, I want to clarify that my first review was written when I felt rushed and overwhelmed. After taking time to reflect, I feel it’s important to share the complete story of what happened. While I’m happy to finally have my new car, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and stressful—especially due to the unprofessional behavior of Sal Hernandez, Floor Manager. From the very beginning, there was miscommunication, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. Sal was condescending, dismissive, and inconsiderate throughout the process. At one point, he even said—and I quote—“If you don’t want the car with a broken door and keep rushing me to get it fixed, you can go somewhere else and I can sell it to someone else.” I couldn’t believe I was being spoken to that way after trusting CarVision and even turning down other offers to buy this car. This is not what I believe Dean Cafiero, President of CarVision, envisions as customer service, and it’s certainly not the level of professionalism I expected when making such a significant purchase. Sal’s behavior made the process far more stressful than it needed to be and completely lacked the accountability and care that should come with buying a car. On the positive side, I want to recognize Keith, who was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. He worked hard to keep things moving and was patient despite the many issues I encountered. Miles was also supportive and tried to assist where he could. Unfortunately, even after completing the process, there were unresolved issues. The charging cable for my Tesla is missing, I never received a second key, and I was told I could take the car to CarVision in Trooper for inspection stickers but never got clear confirmation on that. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. No customer should have to deal with this level of stress, miscommunication, and disrespect—especially from someone in a management position Thank you again to Keith for being a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. I trusted CarVision and expected better, and I hope this review helps create positive changes moving forward. More
