Marco listened carefully to what I said I wanted and showed me a vehicle that met my criteria. I then brought up another issue, and he showed me a second vehicle that he thought would address it. I was showed me a vehicle that met my criteria. I then brought up another issue, and he showed me a second vehicle that he thought would address it. I was very pleased with the second choice and ended up purchasing it. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy a vehicle or any of the add-ons: the latter were presented as available options should I choose to accept them. The finance person (cannot remember his name) walked me through all the paperwork so I understood clearly what I was signing. When he discovered a little later that I had written the check for the wrong amount (too much!), he returned the check so I could make the correction. Marco was very patient in showing and explaining to me the vehicle's features, both during the test drive and especially before I drove it home. He told me to call him if in the future there is anything I need or would like some help with. Purchasing this vehicle could not have been easier and I cannot think of any ways in which this positive experience could have been improved. More

The only thing that keeps this dealer from being 5 stars is trying to force a not needed alarm system (Mazda comes with an anti theft system), a garbage paint/fabric protection, and overpriced ($395) paint protection film door edge guards on every car. If they hadn't been willing to remove those charges I would have purchased elsewhere. More
Purchased a new CX-5 from Caruso Mazda on 7/19/24. I got quotes from TruCar and Caruso Mazda provided the best prices of all nearby dealerships. The lead was sent to Internet Manager Julie Frisch I got quotes from TruCar and Caruso Mazda provided the best prices of all nearby dealerships. The lead was sent to Internet Manager Julie Frisch who emailed me to make an appointment for a test drive. Test drive was with Marco Torres who was polite and efficient. At this point the Manroney sheet / window sticker on the car did not have any dealer addendum sheet on it. I sat down to discuss price and financing with Assistant Sales Manager Abe Ramjan. I accepted their initial offer, which was the price based on the email from Julie Frisch, and also accepted the 0% APR for 36 month financing. Abe then proceeded to try to sell us 3 add-ons, the plastic door stickers, pre-paid service plan, and 3rd party alarm system. Abe pointed out that these were all optional, expressly stating that he doesn't think we should go with the alarm system and crossed it out, but he highly recommended the pre-paid service. We said no to all add-ons. Abe tried again and we said no again. We were fine with Abe trying twice as he was polite and professional the whole time. All this took about an additional 30 minutes. General Sales Manager Nery Chacon then came to us to give us the "bad cop" hard sell and straight up lie to my face. He told us that 1) the alarm system was non-optional as it was already installed, which contradicts what we were just told by Abe, 2) the price before tax and DMV fees and financing that we had already agreed on earlier would go up since we weren't getting any addons (i.e. the price and financing was contingent on us accepting addons), and 3) the alarm system was on the dealer addendum sticker but they just didn't have time to attach it to the window sticker yet. I ended up having say that if I don't get the price and financing that we already agreed upon, I'm walking out. At that point Nery finally left us alone and Abe came in to let us move forward to the finance manager. I would also point out that finance manager Robert Barham was professional, efficient, and did not pressure us on other warranty packages. Also, the did deactivate the alarm system before we drove off the lot so it definitely is optional. Basically, if it wasn't for the shady tactics and lies of General Sales Manager Nery Chacon, this purchase and dealership would have been great. So if you come to this dealership, watch out for the General Sales Manager Nery and be prepared for these type of shady car sales tactics. More
I bought a beautiful mini SUV, Mazda CX 30. I am over the moon with this purchase! Yes, it’s a purchase at 1.9% APR for 3 years (my good credit helped + I put down some money). The whole Mazda I am over the moon with this purchase! Yes, it’s a purchase at 1.9% APR for 3 years (my good credit helped + I put down some money). The whole Mazda dealership brought true joy to my daughter and my heart ❤️. We are smiling ear-to-ear because of David (sales), Nery (general sales manager) and Bob (finance manager). These guys didn’t rush me, allowed me to test drive 3 cars, answered all my 110 questions. I truly asked lot of questions, David was patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and answered everyone of them. Nery was patient, and didn’t push me instead showed me the facts, the numbers, and gave me discounts. Bob was a gem, gave me the facts, the numbers, what I would need for the CX 30 and what wouldn’t be beneficial. For example I needed the GAP insurance, I didn’t need the paint coverage, and I needed the anti-theft alarm safety lock. He worked out the numbers with me, and gave me further discounts. Before walking into the Mazda showroom, at some point I thought I may not be able to buy a car left alone SUV. The way cars are priced over average middle class family’s affordability. I thought of leasing but I knew by leasing I will be setting myself and my family up for financial burden in long run. I wanted a car that I could drive 10+ years. God bless Caruso Mazda dealership who made my dreams come true! I have my very first SUV that I actually own! Mazda cars and SUVs are very slept-on vehicles. More Honda and Toyota people should realize Mazda is equally good for decent pricing point. Prior to owning Mazda CX -30, I had a Honda CRV on lease which I turned-in. It’s official, I actually own a Mazda CX-30, and I am not leasing anymore! More
