There was zero confusion or clarification needed on the TruCar pricing structure. TruCar merely provided you the lead which your employee Julie then used to emailed me your offer. My original post is as transparent and detailed as a review can be. The issue was the shady tactics and lies used by your General Sales Manager Nery Chacon. Given your response of defecting towards TruCar and ignoring the actual complaint of your General Sales Manager, one can conclude that as Head General Manager and his supervisor you not only support these shady tactics but this is standard practice at your dealership and likely not an isolated incident.
