Being a single female who has to make all the decisions on her home and transportation, it is very important to feel that I can trust a service department. Unfortunately, I didn't and had become skeptical. I have known the Hoffer service department for about five years now, and I think they are very good at explaining why a service is necessary. I have called from out of town before when some kind of indicator light has come on, and Bob Johnson has been very helpful to tell me what the light means and what needs to be done. He has a very kind demeanor and truly has an attitude to serve people. The mechanics are also polite, which is rare in this current time of so much apathy and resentment.
