They were great to work with then so, of course, I went to them to find a truck. I'd been researching for months and "knew" what I wanted. Romey, our salesman, worked with us over a period of days. He asked questions, answered our questions, gave us helpful information and insight regarding the different trucks we considered. He took the time to get to know us and learned our likes and dislikes. There was never any high pressure. Ultimately, he had me try a truck I didn't want: wrong color, too much money, more options than I wanted. Romey's a smart guy. I loved it! The color was great, it was a great price, and, yes, I really wanted those options. This wasn't a purchase for business or work but for me...to enjoy. Thanks, Romey, for getting me into this truck. I had some dealings with the manager of the dealership, too. Great guy. Very fair and reasonable. Everyone else that I talked with were genuinely friendly and helpful. When the time comes that I need another vehicle, this dealership will be my first stop. And, probably, the last.

We had a great experience with Carthage Chrysler, I love the small hometown dealerships. Tommy was our salesman, he was very nice and helpful. We really did not stop with the intentions of purchasing but Tommy was really nice, helpful and accommodating, without being pushy and he won us over.

I come for the maintenance of my car & wow they are amazing! So friendly and have started to recognize me! They always greet with a smile and always go above and beyond to take care of me! I am a single woman and have always been taken advantage of service places but not here! Highly recommend!!
