We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership, the last two being Jeep Wranglers. I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon BRAND NEW off the showroom floor in April 2019. Recently I noticed my door hinges an two being Jeep Wranglers. I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon BRAND NEW off the showroom floor in April 2019. Recently I noticed my door hinges and panels were starting to have the WELL KNOWN corrosion issues that so many of the new Jeeps have. I contacted Jeep Cares who referred me to CCDJR and assured me the issue would be covered by the 5 year warranty (from purchase date, so covered until April 2024) But guess what??? CCDJR refused to fix it!!! Seriously, avoid this dealership like the plague, because once you drive it off the lot, THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Not even if it’s covered by Jeep Warranty and NOT EVEN if you bought it BRAND NEW FROM THEM!!!! More

Will NEVER deal with the service department again! My husband took his truck in to get a recall fixed and as he went to pull off the lot noticed a crack in the top of his windshield. He turned right around a spoke with the service manager who claimed it was there when they got in the truck. I drove the truck the night before and my husband brought it in the following morning. My husband is tall and the crack would have been right in front of his face. They claimed 2 of their mechanics saw it but the crack is only visible inside the truck. It was not on any of our documents seeing as we hadn't owned the truck long. It was not on their documents. The service manager told my husband told to call our insurance company to get it fixed and of course it's a $500 deductible. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The manger tried to blame it on a rock and said it appeared because of the warm weather. More

Wasn’t impressed with the offer they gave us and wasn’t impressed with the salesman. I was actually told that we qualified for a 40,000 loan for one specific vehicle but not a 36,000 loan for the vehicle w impressed with the salesman. Apparently the bank would only loan us for one specific vehicle on the lot. I actually had the same thing happen a few years ago at this same place. I was looking at another car and was told this was the only car I could get. Well I decided against it because it wasn’t what I had wanted. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I know the salesmen have been salesmen for years. However I’ve been a customer my entire life and was not impressed with his sales tactics. before accepting an offer from this place I would advice people to look around. I’m certain you will find a better deal. More

This dodge goes with a gap company called AIS . They are crap they don’t pay off your loan or what’s left of it. They only paid off 1600 dlls of my loan which a rule is they pay off up to 25% which wasn’t crap they don’t pay off your loan or what’s left of it. I’m not the only one who’s having this issue. I also have another friend who told me about this problem and now i went threw it myself stay away from this AIS extended warranty company and gap company they won’t do anything for you besides give you headaches and problems More

They were great to work with then so, of course, I went to them to find a truck. I'd been researching for months and "knew" what I wanted. Romey, our salesman, worked with us over a period of days. He asked questions, answered our questions, gave us helpful information and insight regarding the different trucks we considered. He took the time to get to know us and learned our likes and dislikes. There was never any high pressure. Ultimately, he had me try a truck I didn't want: wrong color, too much money, more options than I wanted. Romey's a smart guy. I loved it! The color was great, it was a great price, and, yes, I really wanted those options. This wasn't a purchase for business or work but for me...to enjoy. Thanks, Romey, for getting me into this truck. I had some dealings with the manager of the dealership, too. Great guy. Very fair and reasonable. Everyone else that I talked with were genuinely friendly and helpful. When the time comes that I need another vehicle, this dealership will be my first stop. And, probably, the last. More
