If you buy a car and get the warranty they will never know you have the warranty. Then when you finally call the warranty and get claim numbers the shop might believe you have a warranty although the shop has already been paid via warranty. Then after the repairs are supposedly made. I get my car back with the exactly the same issues i took it there with. Also had an oil change only for my oil change light to come on days after i got the car back. I pulled the wheel of to check if they replaced my wheel bearing and to check the brakes just to find they didnt change my wheel bearing bur charged me for it. More
We have always had excellent customer service. They are fair and honest in terms of service and cost. Mike Fetko is an outstanding salesperson and Craig Book is also very helpful. Took 2013 Ford Escape in after replacing the battery 3 times in a year. My own mechanic told me to have a dealer run a diagnostic test on the vehicle systems to make sure there was no internal draw. As th times in a year. My own mechanic told me to have a dealer run a diagnostic test on the vehicle systems to make sure there was no internal draw. As this can only be done by a dealer (proprietary), took it in and was told this takes an hour to run the test. They had the car for two weeks, first confirming there was a draw over the phone and they hadn’t figured out exactly where yet. Never found the draw and claimed the car had no other issues approximately two weeks after I dropped it off for an hour. Charged $200 for labor without addressing the problem I signed off for. Horrible customer service in the service department. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to Louisville Ford dealers across the river at all cost. More
I will never use this dealer again. Had my truck there for three days and they never touched it. Was told by Debbie and Mike that they would call me. Never heard from either one. Terrible, spent almost $4,000 to repair truck, and its still not fixed. They didn't run appropriate diagnostics on the truck before they TRIED to repair it. 4 words... 4 words to describe Nick, NICK MATTINGLY IS AWESOME!!!!! i went into the car buying experience thinking I’m gonna be forced into something and be uncomfortable. Completely not what happened!! I AWESOME!!!!! i went into the car buying experience thinking I’m gonna be forced into something and be uncomfortable. Completely not what happened!! I came in and Nick greeted my father and I with a great smile and firm hand shake. We sat down and talked about my wants/needs for my car, Nick immediately went to work on his computer looking for my perfect car. I wanted an Mini van and my husband wanted another SUV. Nick found the perfect car that was exactly what we both wanted. I have 3 young children, all autistic and hate being next to each other. Nick found me a 2019, YES A 2019 with only 10,000 miles!! I was extremely skeptical of how this was going to be possible for me. My husband works extremely hard and is also a disabled vet, I am a stay at home mom who has disability for her children and we don’t have a lot of extra money each month. I went into this thinking I would just get a 2010 or newer vehicle that gets us from point a to point B and will last us a bit. Nick made it possible for me to trade in my 2005 Honda pilot that wasn’t worth much of anything and gave me way over what it was worth and got me a down payment I could afford. I almost cried that this was actually happening. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick to everyone!! He is truly a great man and will HELP YOU, NOT PUSH YOU! My father as well has used Nick for many yrs for his cars he’s needed. It speaks volumes when you find a car dealer who actually cares about what u need and not so much the commission they get off my buy. Nick will now be our go to guy for cars! Next will be my husband for a new car. More
Not a good example of service I scheduled my car to have a recall and a warranty covered transmission issued to be fixed two weeks in advanced. I dropped the car the night before, I was told it would take 4 hours to fix these issues. At 1:00 pm, I called to check on the status of my car. I was told that someone would call me back in 15 min. An hour later after not receiving a call back, I called again. I was placed on hold for 15 min and then told someone would call me back again. After another 30 mins and no call back, I called again and finally was told that my car would be completed by 5 pm. I picked up my car at 5 pm, the young man behind the counter was much more interested in talking with his female co-worker than talking with me. I had to point out my keys and paperwork sitting in front of him. He never acknowledged me or the service they performed. They did two recalls and did not do the transmission fix. To add insult to injury, Ford sent a survey about their performance, I filled it out truthfully. I received an automated response from Carriage Ford with a name and contact number, Kiara Peterson. Just a heads up, she doesn’t work there any longer, the person who replaced her, Nick, determined since it was a service issue it wasn’t his problem and promptly shuffled me off the phone . I think the dealership would want to make sure their customers are satisfied both with a purchase and with the service they receive . It is sad, my father retired from Ford, and I hate that this is the type of customer service that is representing a product he spent 30 years building. More
