Getting a second opinion as it relates to ses light. Carolina Nissan recommended a new engine after 165000 miles. They said the car was not getting regular oil changes which is not true. Had they asked some questions or looked at the maintenance history they would see that I have the oil changed regularly at the Infiniti dealership. Needless to say, I’ll be taking it back to the Infiniti dealership and paying another fee.Difficult to get in contact with service manager by phone. Finally showed up in person for clarity. Just disappointed with overall service and lack of transparency. More

They completed 2 factory recalls. As far as I know they were completed correctly. They were not able to find the issue with my front passenger window. Seemed odd to me, but oh well. The service tech. was friendly and did an excellent job of explaining what maintenance items the factory recommended for the millage on the car. The mechanic was able to perform the work in a timely manner so that I was not held up longer than necessary. The waiting are is clean and well lit.
