After the oil change was done the tech left the bottom flap under the car un bolted. It was very disconcerting how they left our vehicle open to damage. I texted the manager but never heard back. We went down to Nissan to have it fixed. Waited in the lobby and no one came out to tell us the work was done. Even after I told the tech I had an appt to go to. I was very disappointed in Nissan and we will be looking elsewhere for my car service needs.

The Worst New Car Buying Experience I’ve ever experienced due to the unprofessionalism with the sales managers and Nissan’s engineering department.

Bought a Kicks Play on Monday, was disappointed in the lack of options, The salesman, Bo Carter said that we can fix that and I opted to upgrade to a Kicks SR.

I came in for a routine oil change, and one of my headlights was working at the time of my appointment. Immediately after leaving, I stopped for gas right around the corner and noticed the headlight was no longer working. I returned to the dealership right away, but was completely overlooked and received no meaningful assistance. While I understand that issues can happen, what was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and basic customer service. I expected a much higher level of responsiveness and care, especially given how quickly I returned after the service. This experience left me very disappointed.

Did not have a good experience! I had to return not once but twice to have codes removed from my dash board. One code was just a tire warning but the other one that appeared just as I was getting home was a check engine warning light. When I finally got home I had a recall notice on my vehicle! I also had an email warning from Nissan about an emission control system malfunction??? I sent a text and got no response. I also called and was told they would call me back after they checked into my concerns. I never got a call back!

Helpful staff but my service took too long. I did have an issue with something they were checking on after oil change. No one let me know the status until I had been waiting almost 2 hrs
