With regard to the chip, I was told Safelite would contact me as part of the 90 day warranty. After a week, I stopped in and my salesman said he was taking it to service and Safelite would call me. Ordered a truck to be delivered from an hour away. They said one week delivery and went in two days before delivery because the site still showed it being detailed at original carmax.
