The people were all friendly and helpful, sadly thee car is a lemon. I’ve had it for an out 6 weeks and it’s been in the shop for 2 major repairs. One was covered by the 30 day warranty. When we picked up the vehicle it had 3 very large splatter stains on the paint job. Left front side fender, left back side fender, and rear bumper diffuser. Which were not documented when we purchased the vehicle online. When we left the dealership, we were told to bring it back and they would buff it out. We came back and they said they could not do it because they had to have the detailing shop do it. So we came back a second time, and the detail shop could only get some of it partially removed. After I demanded they fix it they said they had to order a rear bumper diffuser and replace it. So we came back a third time and after about 3 hours they told me the new part was cracked, and they had to order another one. So we came back a fourth time, and they replaced the rear bumper diffuser. YOU CAN STILL SEE THE DISCOLORATION IN THE LEFT FRONT SIDE FENDER AND LEFT BACK REAR FENDER. Four different visits to get something partially taken care of that should have been fixed before we even came to pick up the car. Very disappointing as we both work and had to take time off of work four times for something that should have never been. This is our sixth vehicle that we have bought from CarMax. It might be our last. More
