we purchased an Audi E-tron GT and found a damaged undercarriage panel, which they repaired. I had it locally inspected after getting the car back and found multiple issues, including the need for new undercarriage panel, which they repaired. I addressed the issue w/the manager and he offered to do an additional inspection but we would've been out of our 7 day return period. So, I ended up returning the car. I've purchased many cars from Carmax Henderson location and this was by far the worst experience. It was a gift for my wife for mother day, which obviously got ruined. I ended up paying $149 to have the car shipped and an additional $125 to have it locally inspected. In addition, I live in Arizona, and had to make multiple trips to Henderson to pick up the car and finally ended up returning it. More

They asked if we had a vehicle in mind and I told him yes it was a certain Mustang that was there and he said would you like us to reserve it for you. We said certainly I did not know you could do that so while we waited for her appointment to roll around, the car was reserved and nobody else could do anything with it.
