When it comes to THEIR vehicle though they want high book or more and use the weak "no haggle price" excuse for not working with you. In every case I ended up trading in the same car for around $2000 more elsewhere. The other thing with the vehicles they sell is that many "well over half" of whats on the lot are former rental cars. They will dodge you asking for a carfax on these or give you a partial one. Never dealt with the financing first hand but I have talked to many who have been burned there also. If you buy from them be ready to leave about $2-3K on the table minimum. More
