People think because this is a big dealer they have all the paperwork ready to sell a car, xxxxxxxxx!. Are you kidding me? what kind of dealer is this one that did not even have the car tittle? So now I am behind these people at all time to see they one day transfer the car to my name. Four and a half months have passed and still waiting, do not go to these dealer...crap. It seems they want just your money and do not care about you! More

The last time I got my tires rotated, I asked for a ride from work to the dealership. The drive was not far. After verifying multiple times I would have a ride on time (due to having issues the last two tim from work to the dealership. The drive was not far. In fact, I was picked up an hour late at my destination in below zero weather in February. Before finally getting picked up, I called several times for 45 minutes to get a ride. I either was put on hold or transferred to a voicemail. They explained my Lyft drive was picked up by a driver by dropped before it was time to get picked up. No one in the service department bothered to follow up and get me a ride nor did they take responsibility for it being their fault until they were called out on their lack of service. The service staff are very polite in person but their ability to follow through is not up to par. Do better. More

Our experience with Kou was the exact opposite of other dealerships. He was no sales pressure, so we could learn; accurate, honest with the timetable and cost, and a problem solver to help us get what we wanted/needed.
