My previous review was more satisfactory however recent events have made me change my mind. The payoff of my trade in took them longer than 10 business days to complete which in turn required me to pay my events have made me change my mind. The payoff of my trade in took them longer than 10 business days to complete which in turn required me to pay my monthly loan amount. As a result the dealership's pay off was different (less) from the purchase amount I had with the dealership. In other words, the dealership owes me the money I paid for my old loan for a jeep no longer in my possession. I reached out to BOTH the sales manager and the finance person twice via email and have yet to get even a response of we will look into this, I'm totally being ignored; a total of 7 days of no responses). My next step is going to my bank, getting the pay off amount the dealership paid, taking my purchase contract in and asking in person for the difference and when I should expect this to be processed. Very bad business practice happening right now with ignoring two email in regards to monies being owned to a customer not being addressed. More
