A little bit of a bumpy road which the dealership was able to correct to my full satisfaction. There were a couple of hiccups in the final purchase agreement price but they were willing to work with me able to correct to my full satisfaction. The jeep I ordered on 7/07 finally came in (2/19) yet when time to pick up it was not ready (was to be ready by 4:30 yet when I got there at 5:30 (2/20) it was still dirty and had not finished it's arrival at dealership process (blue grease pencil markings, some shipping stickers, etc); it was a rainy day so I was not expecting a detailed wash. Purchased/took possession and the next day they gave me a rental car while they did a deep detail and finalized the delivery process. All in all if I need to purchase another Jeep or a Dodge I will go back to Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World. More
