Our new van was a previous rental with a clean Carfax, and lots of nice features, the pricing was consistent with other dealers in our area. A good experience all around with very little pressure. I was working with Tanner Carter who from the start took time to get to know us and what our needs really were by finding out about us... not just trying to sell us something. I knew this was a salesman I could trust, I wanted to do business with him. He showed me the vehicles I thought I wanted and one vehicle I hadn’t even considered before. After taking some time to check out some other places where I didn’t get the same level of enthusiasm from the sales folks (one never even introduced himself)... The next day I went back to see the vehicle Tanner had showed me, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. He knew it was right for me even before I did. It had to be mine! Each step along the way we were greeted by another friendly face who was eager yet not pushy to assist us. A big shout out of thanks to Tanner, managers Tony & JJ and Sonny in finance who all made the experience first rate!
