David Garcia is by far the most friendly, courteous, professional, personable, and reliable sales person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had to have my truck towed into the dealership minut professional, personable, and reliable sales person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had to have my truck towed into the dealership minutes before the dealership closed and David was there waiting for me with a smile. He stayed after hours just to make sure my car made it to the service dock and to make sure that I got all paperwork neccessary and put my mind at ease. I mentioned to him that the truck would not recongnize the key and he said he would make sure to keep me informed the next day as to the prgress of the work being done. I also mentioned that I wanted to sell my truck and he told me once the truck was up and running he would have the used car dealership look at it and give the best price possible for my truck. Not only did David call me multiple times the next day to keep me informed about the progress of the truck and that they were able to fix the truck and for less than expected he also gave me the good news that he went to bat for me and got me the price I wanted for the truck at the used car dealership! He is an exceptional employess and person. He was always friendly and courteous and made the entire experience stress free. I wish all dealerships and companies had a David...it would make the world such a better place to be in. He was always smiling, too...that was an added bonus. I have been to Carl Burger many times and have dealt with several service advisors. I have also dealt with service advisors at Mercedes Benz of Escondido for one of our cars, and I have dealt with BMW of San several service advisors. I have also dealt with service advisors at Mercedes Benz of Escondido for one of our cars, and I have dealt with BMW of San Diego for another of our cars.....With all that being said, I will give you a simple suggestion on how to better your service in the future....Have all of your technicians train under Mandi for a week or so. She is so good at what she does, knows how to handle customers, knows how important my time is and she knows how to talk to the customer. She uses phrases like "when I was back there the tech showed me" or "the technician and I both looked at it and agreed", instead of "hmmmm....lets see what the technician wrote here.....". HUGE difference! When she sees me walking up the drive she orders my vehicle brought up before I even hit the booth, By the time my paperwork is completed, it's there waiting. That is BIG BIG deal! She recognizes me AND my vehicles, including ones I have SOLD! She makes recommendations when needed but advises on their urgency. She makes me feel like she is on my side, and is working WITH me. SHe knows how important my time is and whisks me in and whisks me out!! VERY important to me. Last time I was there, she had to finalize some of my paperwork, and offered to mail it to me so I could leave! I've had dealings with many other service advisors, both at Carl Burger and elsewhere. Mandi is one of the best for sure! I will not check completely satisfied because I was unhappy with the outcome of my last visit. Nothing to do with Mandi. I had the AC system repaired by CBD and 3 weeks later my compressor went out. I strongly feel that their may have been something overlooked at the original repair that may have contributed to the compressor failure. Now it will cost me an additional 900 bucks to replace it. I just spent $1100 to fix it!! More

My Jeep is only a couple of week old and when I bought it there was no antenna and I thought that was normal. I have the navigation and my radio started fading out so the dealer that I bought it from, which there was no antenna and I thought that was normal. I have the navigation and my radio started fading out so the dealer that I bought it from, which was in another state sent me the antenna but I couldn't get it to screw in. I went to Carl Burger Jeep and the service Manager told me that Chrysler would not cover it under the warrantee and it would cost $60.00. I was a bit upset and he said let me have the keys and he and another man took the jeep and drove it into the shop. About five minutes later they brought it back and the antenna was where it belonged. I thought that was really nice and thanked them. More
First I need to say that I understand that the car buying processes can be very intimidating and many people have trepidations when going to a dealership. I have been to some shady dealerships and some good processes can be very intimidating and many people have trepidations when going to a dealership. I have been to some shady dealerships and some good ones but I have never had such a pleasant experience as the one I had yesterday at Carl Burger Dodge. My wife and I have really been admiring the new Challengers so we decided to go to a Memorial Day sales event that Carl Burger was advertising. We were greeted by Eric Ball, our sales person. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was not pushy, rude or all the other things that people fear about buying a car. After deciding on the car we wanted to purchase, Eric introduced us to Wes Kachi (Assistant Sales Manager). Wes sat with us to discuss the terms of our purchase and what he would be able to do for us. We have had some credit issues in the past and were preparing for the worst; however, after telling Wes where we wanted to be with payments and what we were expecting from our trade-in, he made it happen, simple as that! No back and forth haggling, no low-balling, no over inflated pricing. The online advertised price for our car was the actual price they listed for the car on the lot. You'd be surprised how many dealerships list the price for less on the internet then they actually do on the lot in the hopes that you do not see or mention the internet price. The Finance Manager (Michelle Heddinger) was so very nice and took the time to explain all the details of our financing and competed our loan to several companies to get us the best deal possible. With the final handshake on the deal, Eric (our sales person), escorted my wife and I to each department at Carl Burger and introduced everyone. Ray Andrews (service advisor) took time from his busy schedule to chat with us about our purchase and congratulated us and laughed with us a bit. We were even given a voucher for a free gift from the parts dept, sorry I forgot his name. I'm telling you that we felt like rock stars at Carl Burger! If you are in the market for a new or used car, you won't go wrong by stopping at Carl Burger. So many claim to be customer oriented but never actually practice it. It's just some slogan in a radio or television commercial. It was so refreshing to find a place that still values customer service and practices it at every level of the business. My wife and I will never go anywhere else from now on. More

Lou was very knowledgeable and professional. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. Chris Selfani was our finance manager and was also very professional and explained everything to us in detail. We would like to thank Kyle Nyswonger, the general manager for making customer satisfaction his number one priority. It was definately worth the drive! More

We chose the 2012 Patriot in the wonderful eye catching copperhead exterior color. I just love how easy the costco car buying program is set up with Carl Burger. Julio showed us the paperwork with all the numbers....no hassle....no negotiating....just the lowest price offered. Julio introduced me to everyone that will be taking of my car in the future such as the parts and service departments. I dont know about you, but as a woman, I just hate taking in my car to be worked on...even for just an oil change...but now that I know everyone it seems so much easier. I have never ever had a dealership show me around for future maintance on my car. What a great idea. Julio made the whole buying process such an easy, enjoyable experience, and one I would do again without hesitation. So, if you are a costco member....or ready to join just to get the car buying great deals....look up Julio. I love my new Jeep. More
