I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for some body work after I was rear-ended. They originally quoted me two weeks for the repairs, and they ended up completing it in three days. The service was excellent. They listened to what I wanted and found a car in LA that met most of what I was looking for. They took the time to discuss what it would take to get the rest of my upgraded option and found a car in LA that met most of what I was looking for. They took the time to discuss what it would take to get the rest of my upgraded options taken care of. The price is always higher than you expect but they did give me a good deal. There is a minor hit for the fact that the interior of the car was a little dirty. I picked the car up after hours, and it didn't arrive from LA until late so they didn't have the personel to clean it propperly. I hope they take care of it when I take it back in. Based on the customer experience that I did receive while there I can say that they most likely will do it for me. More

I was there for an oil change and "key left car" light on. When I returned on Tuesday JR was excellent, almost made up for the day before. My verall experience for Monday with Ray was poor. Still had damage..I was very angry with them, I went back 08/13/2012 to speak with Kyle the GM.. I have to say I was impressed. He took the time to hear what I had to say. He offered a resolution to my satisfaction. I had the option to fix the car or to trade it in. I choose to trade it in and got a great deal. They valued me as a customer and it showed.
