I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for some body work after I was rear-ended. They originally quoted me two weeks for the repairs, and they ended up completing it in three days. The service was excellent. They listened to what I wanted and found a car in LA that met most of what I was looking for. There is a minor hit for the fact that the interior of the car was a little dirty. I picked the car up after hours, and it didn't arrive from LA until late so they didn't have the personel to clean it propperly. I hope they take care of it when I take it back in. Based on the customer experience that I did receive while there I can say that they most likely will do it for me. More

He offered a resolution to my satisfaction. I had the option to fix the car or to trade it in. I choose to trade it in and got a great deal. They valued me as a customer and it showed.
