Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World

I worked with Julio to custom order and purchase a 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. We originally worked out the deal and placed the order in June, but the factory changed over model years and sent us a 2013 R Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. We originally worked out the deal and placed the order in June, but the factory changed over model years and sent us a 2013 Rubicon, they wouldn't honor the 36 month zero interest loan package we'd agreed upon. Julio was able to work with management to reduce the package price to work around the problem. The new Rubicon arrived last week with scratches on both front fenders, and Julio was able to work the the GM to get the body shop to repaint both fenders and get me the Jeep last Friday. When I purchased the new Rubicon, I also purchased the lifetime drive train warranty, and I hope that the dealership's service shop fully honors the warranty over the time I own the new Jeep. The final product looks and drives great and I look forward to many happy years with it. I have already told friends interested in buying a similar Rubicon to check out Carl Burger Dodge and ask for Julio. Thanks for a good buying experience. Eric answered all our questions about the vehicle, and got us the price we wanted! When we discovered there was no Owner's Manual for the 2008 Dodge Dakota in the glove box, he was able to find one for u got us the price we wanted! Let's start this off by saying I have been wanting a Dodge Ram 1500 for about 6 years now. About a month or so ago, I started researching them. I must have looked at about 20 or 30 Rams on-line. I actually looked at the Ram that you sold me 2 or 3 times before I even contacted the dealership about it. My Carl Burgers experience started off when Gibson called me about an e-mail that I had sent the dealership. He made the appointment and let me know that he would not be able to see me, but Eric C. would take great care of me. The very next day Eric C. called me to introduce himself and confirm the appointment. I remember thinking after I got off the phone with him, that these guys are really on the ball. I was actually excited about keeping my appointment. I got there a little early and Eric C. was busy with another customer. he came out, introduced himself, then introduced Mike M. Mike M. took me out to see the truck. He answered all of my questions. Then, we went on the TEST DRIVE! Yeah buddy, I was trying to mask my excitement about driving the truck of my dreams. Mike took me over to meet John M, here is the part that impressed me the most! When Mike M. introduced me to John M., I figured he would leave and go try and sell another car. The impressive part is that he didn't do that at all. He stayed with me until the deal was done. I felt as if he really cared that I get what I was looking for. So many car dealers are all about the numbers. I honestly feel that Carl Burgers is about satisfying the customers. To me, that speaks volumes. John M. made me feel very welcomed. He seemed truly genuine in making sure that I got in the truck that I wanted and that I got a deal that I was satisfied with. Then I went in Chris Salfani's office. He helped me realize that I was going to have to give him my money. All jokes aside, I felt as if I was truly getting the best deal possible. Without question this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only would I recommend your dealership to family and friends, I can't wait to come back and buy another Ram! Jerry was AWESOME! I was very specific with what I needed in the way of car and price. He made it happen! I was afraid that I might have to walk out without a car but Gary and Steve found the right car for my price. My credit was not great and they managed to work their magic and got that car financed!!!! I was extremely happy with their degree of service.
