We took our car out for a test drive and he allowed both my wife and I to drive. Once we decided on the car, we went in to sit in the nice open airy showroom. There was lots of natural light and we were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. Sometimes though the wait time between negotiating the price was long. We were eventually able to get to a price point that we would all be happy with. The finance office was pretty small for our taste (a little claustrophobic) but Wes in the finance department was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us without making us feel rushed. He also allowed us time to make decisions on warranties and went above and beyond negotiating the best rate and options for us. Upon leaving the dealership the salesmen showed us how to sync our iPhones to the unconnect system. We left feeling satisfied and happy with our purchase. More

I wanted to know if I qualified for a car. When I met Eric, I was a bit surprised. He was very personable. He seemed down to Earth and I felt comfortable. I explained I wanted a used car with low miles and low payments. He showed me some cars. I saw a few I wanted to test drive. We went back to his office to fill out paperwork. I was honest with him. I've had some credit issue in the past. I told him I wanted to see if they could work with me. No hard feelings if I couldn't get financed. There's nothing worse than leaving the dealership with a car and having to return it days later. It's never happened to me personally, but I wanted to save myself the embarrassment. Eric reassured me he wouldn't let that happen. I liked how he explained everything. We walked over to the showroom. I waited there while he took my application to his Finance Mgr. I felt like I waited an eternity. He periodically checked in with me, letting me know they were working on the numbers. He said, "We're trying to get you the best deal." I prayed I wasn't wasting mine/his time. I was prepared to hear "No." He came back and told me the best deal was a 2013 Chrysler 200. I was shocked but I know how lenders operate. They prefer to finance newer vehicles. Eric explained the entire dealership and the lender were working on my deal. I felt extra special! He showed me the vehicle. It was beautiful! I sat in it and thought,"I'm not worthy of this car." I didn't want to celebrate just yet. He came back again and told me it looked good but I needed to come up with a down payment. I told him I needed time. I couldn't come up with the full amount in one week. I like how he offered to split up the payments. I was extremely emotional when he told me the car was mine. I was so excited/happy/shocked that I burst into tears and I didn't care who saw me. The Finance Managers, Mike Kaziyev and Wes Kachi were friendly and professional. I left the dealership on "Cloud 9." I also want to thank Jeff Vance for getting my antenna. Sam and Rene in the Parts Department were helpful. I'd like to thank David Garcia in the Service Department for checking the tire pressure. I had two low tires and he had a technician take care of it for me. Thanks again, David. I know you guys were booked solid. Thank you to everyone who worked late to get my deal. You have a customer for life. I absolutely love my car! More

He actually handed me the invoice himself and took my check; in the past, at this dealership, I have had to go in and deal with the cashier without any input from the service advisor. It seems like they have made some adjustments in their service process and it is much more comfortable this way. More
My wife and I were unfortunate enough to pick up a nail in one of the tire in our Jeep, which was less than a month old. We were able to drive to the service department and were fortunate enough to be met in one of the tire in our Jeep, which was less than a month old. We were able to drive to the service department and were fortunate enough to be met by Jr. Due to policy they were unable to repair the tire and our only option at the dealer was to purchase a new one. Jr referred us to a local tire store in the immediate area and telephoned ahead prior to our arrival there, which took us about two minutes. Long story short, the tire repair was free and we have a new set of aftermarket rims at a great price thanks to Jr’s diligence. More

I called the dealership from over 500 miles away and they had the truck I wanted and gave me a great deal over the phone on the first call. Super. Then Jerry picked me up at the airport and delivered the truck on his day off. I have sold cars and it is hard work. Especially when your working on your day off. Chris the finance manger was a real pleasant guy to deal with also. The deal I got was definately worth a plane ride from Sacramento to San Diego. The drive back wasn't bad either driving that truck with a 390hp hemi was a kick. More
