We initially went into the dealership to look into possibly trading my current '07 Chrysler 300C for a new 300S. We hooked up with a salesman, Joe "BBQ" Geitani, and he instantly made us feel welcome, possibly trading my current '07 Chrysler 300C for a new 300S. He was very informative and really took the time to show us the differences between the different models they have now and the new technology included in the new ones compared to my '07. I fell in love with an awesome black on black 300S! Joe BBQ then set us up with JJ, in the number crunching expertise ;) He gave me a very fair trade in value for my current 300 and he really worked with us to get us into a payment that we wanted. The two of them together made the worst part of a dealership experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable! After we came to a deal, we were set up with Bennett Owen in the finance department. He was not pushy, yet explained the importance of necessary add-ons, leaving us with a no pressure educated option to decide on our own. He was very thorough and friendly. He worked over and beyond to get us the best interest rate possible which made our payment even lower! We are soo happy and pleased with our new purchase. Being our 3rd vehicle that we have purchased with this dealership, I truly can say that this dealership is far beyond the rest. We had a great experience buying our new jeep! Gibson was extremely helpful and considerate. He helped us make a good decision on the type of extras that we were interested in for our Cherokee. There was an ad run that was confusing at best, likely would pass as "legal", but certainly left me with a mistaken idea of price. After several phone calls, the dealership honored the price. Big bonus points for that! Then there was a mis-communication about an extra we ordered, again, ultimately made right, but it took 2 extra visits to drop off and pick up the vehicle. Finally, one of the keys was lost and was to be replaced. When I went back to get the Jeep after the last drop off. . . . between two departments in the dealership they mis-communicated and I sat about an hour waiting rather than have to leave and come back yet again. So, I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price, everything that was problematic was made right, I just wish the process had been less confusing and had required less trips, especially since we are 20 miles from the dealership. They both were very friendly, accomodating, and were not like your typical car dealership employees who were just trying to make a sale. They were aware of my financial situation and they both made sure I got the right car for the right price. During the entire process both men were very professional and polite.
