Hugo Gonzalez has a customer for life. Not only did he make the overall experience a good one, he did a great job intervening when the initial trade in amount came in so low, I almost walked out. Gibson orchestrated the best car buying experience that I, and my wife, have ever had. He was very accomdating and provided a relaxed enviroment to shop in. Gibson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with the specifications of our vehicle; he was happy to answer all of the questions we feilded to him. When we began our paperwork, Gibson made sure that we understood every line of our price sheet and did not waste any of our time trying to push unwanted upgrades. His personality and demeanor are refreshing compared to all my previous car buying experiences. I was sold the car that I wanted in a very respectful manner. I sincerly hope that Gibson will be able to handle all my future vechicle purchases and I highly reccomend him to anyone intrested in visiting a car dealership. More

We purchased our 4th Vehicle from Carl Burger Dealership Sunday night. This time a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from our salesman Dave Hall. He was superb!!!! He was a walking encyclopedia on the vehicle and has a super-friendly personality and is very approachable. Then we were handed over to Wes in Finance. Wes answered all questions, recommend the appropriate warranty, no useless packages, felt like I was talking to an old friend. Wes made the whole finance process easy peasy! General sales reps were not pushy the moment we walked on the lot, let us browse till we needed help and let us steer our interests, not the other way around. More
