They have the worst Service Department I have ever dealt with. We have taken our Rubicon here a few times now and with each visit it has gone downhill. I left my information so I could talk to them, because the last two had been such a joke dealing with. But they would only text my wife. We had to call to find out that the work was under warranty and was being taken care of. We were told that it would be ready be 3pm that day. When I came to pick it up after 4pm, I was asked by the Service Manager "Who called you and told you it was ready?" I told him NO ONE because they never called us with any information about the work being do or not. I informed him that we have to continually call them. I asked him if it was ready or not? He said yes but, no one had done the paperwork on it. I asked what does that mean to me. He told me, well I guess I can do the paperwork now and it would take a few. I told him that was not the first time we have had an issue with his Service Department. I asked if this was how they always run their Department. I told him that I had no problem going somewhere else. I was given no explanation or apology. I was just asked to pay my deductible and he handed my keys to someone else and told me that they would bring it around. As I'm writing this, I just received a phone call from Carl Burger asking for my ID and registration so they can bill against my Life-Time Warranty. I told them that my wife had already sent it to them and that is why they were able to do the work. I expressed my frustration with their service and once again I received a "WE don't give a xxxx attitude. We will never be using or buying anything from this dealership! More

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I called first and Jesse took his time answering all of my questions which I felt good about. Jesse explained the difference between all of the vehicles that I wanted to look at, and place them side-by-side so I could compare and contrast as well as get a good feel about what I wanted. Jesse never tried to put me in the vehicle he thought I should have, didn’t ask for any of my credentials like DL, income, or credit score he was simply present and attentive! Once I said I was ready then he moved forward with the business and everything went smoothly from them. When we ran into issues he provided me with options and when that didn’t work out, Jesse went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted! Moreover, everything turned about better than expected and the finance manager, Brian, who is awesomely great at his job as well got my payment lower than originally quoted! I could go on and on about my phenomenal experience!
