You have to call them to find out what is wrong with your car. I had the Challenger towed there and they charged me $650 to replace a battery. I used to take my car to the quick service for oil changes but w car. I had the Challenger towed there and they charged me $650 to replace a battery. We had a new sales person and while he was very nice, he did not have any experience. He had an experienced sales person help him along the way that made some promises he did not keep which was very disapp did not have any experience. He had an experienced sales person help him along the way that made some promises he did not keep which was very disappointing. I was told that I would be walked through (simply) some of the main features of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased which he did not. We waited outside for awhile for that to happen and then evenutally just left. He did not even come out to say congratulations, thank us and say good bye - nothing. We just got in our vehicles and left. Kind of strange. And your answer to "Would you recommend this dealership" is Forks or No More
