Nightmare Purchased used car. I have had car 3weeks. Replaced starter, battery. Need power steering rack, and transmission is bad. Can’t even drive car anymore. Purchased used car. I understand if you have had a car for a few months and these things happened but I have only had the car 3 weeks. I would like my money back. Not going to happen because Florida does not have a lemon law for used cars Like 20 Other states do. It’s just not right. More

DONT DO IT!! They lie and steal as far as I can see. He promised to help with the registration and state taxes because we were buying from another state but then completely denied even having the conversation after we had put 50% down on the car. When a person puts 50% down on anything, I don’t believe in having air suspension fault lights, brakes replaced, the sunroof needing reupholstering, AND getting rude and unprofessional customer service when speaking to the dealer. We experienced all of this within the first 5 weeks of owning the car. Not to mention we payed 50% of the cost of the car and he even refused to assist in shipping the car AFTER denying that he had previously offered to help us ship it. We put the money down and still didn’t receive the car until a month later and he actually tried to force us to pay for that month. Ridiculous!!!! They are seriously unreliable and lie for a profit regardless of the lack of safety of the cars they are selling. Anyone who gives them a 5 star rating is either extremely lucky, an employee writing for the company, or Sam himself. I don’t believe they are capable of giving good customer service or reliable cars for an affordable price. I regret doing any business with this company. More

After our purchase we took the Mazda to a Mazda dealership to have it checked over and serviced. The mechanic said that the car was in GREAT shape.. and was a very good deal. The other thing we liked was that the cars were priced as advertised. Small dealer fee of around $200 which they told us up-front. Other dealers we went to that were "branded" dealers...like Nissan and Honda dealers, were advertising one price and even showing the price on the window of the car... then when we said we wanted to buy the car... Suddenly with fees and all, the price went up by $2,000. We were only looking to spend $6,000 to $10,000... We were very pleased with this dealer. More

Do NOT buy from this place! I purchased a Ford Expedition because I needed a vehicle large enough to fit my family. The two seatbelts in the back were bent and the DVD player scr I purchased a Ford Expedition because I needed a vehicle large enough to fit my family. The two seatbelts in the back were bent and the DVD player screen would not stay up. I was told these issues would be fixed and that the vehicle was in good mechanical condition. This was all a lie. Nothing was fixed and the vehicle broke down a week later. I called to see what could be done to fix these issues. I was laughed at and told "Oh well, we're not mechanics. " Terrible business ethics! Now I have to take to mechanic to get fixed which I've been quoted $800. This should not be happening. More
